LANTeck Computer Ltd. was formed by I.T. experienced professionals with over 10 years backgrounds in information systems management, LAN/WAN support, internet/BBS servicing, and direct marketing.
Business started in 1991 with emphasis on selling PC hardware, software, trainings and consulting services. Being re-structured from two former small companies in 1995, it was finally named as LANTeck Computer Limited and began to focus on software solution development and I.T. consultancy services.
Year 1997 marked a successful business year for LANTeck with over 100% growth in profit, which also induced a 100% growth in company size. In view of the technology change (downsizing & re-engineering) in most corporations which require high-demand of client-server and enduser computing yet with a limited amount of I.T. supporting staffs, it is thus possible that there are growing needs of information technology outsourcing services in the market place. LANTeck therefore, decided to provide outsourcing engineer services in the beginning of 1997 and began to focus on supporting internetworking solutions, including Novell, Win NT, Unix (Internet/Intranet) research & development. Nowadays, we have more than 20 certified outsourcing systems & services engineers, providing project and desktop support to different industry: banking & finance industries, manufacturing and transportation companies, trading and servicing industries.
